We offer one completely free ring resizing in the UK within one year from purchase including free shipping.

Some items cannot be resized due to their designs. Large changes in size also cannot be accommodated. Please contact enquiries@serendi.co.uk for more information on resizing.

Please note that this service is only valid for the person who directly purchased the item from Serendi. This service will not apply if your jewellery has been worked on by a third-party company.

If you want to make a resizing after one year or more than once during the first year of purchasing the item, we would be delighted to offer this service for a fee.

Free cleaning and polishing service:

We offer an annual complimentary cleaning and polishing service within the UK. This free service does not cover the cost of shipping.

Maintenance and repair service:

We offer re-plating, stone tightening and repairing service for all of our jewellery within the UK. These services are offered for a fee.
